Follow these instructions if you are not receiving the password reset email:

  1. Check the spam folder of your inbox
  2. If the reset email is not there please add no-reply@southco.com as a contact to your address book and resend the reset email
  3. If that still doesn’t work please contact Southco Customer Service at info@southco.com
